The only professional symphony orchestra in Northeast Arkansas for over four decades, the Delta Symphony Orchestra is an integral part of the Delta Region culture, committed to entertaining, educating and enriching lives by providing orchestral music of artistic excellence. The Delta Symphony draws musicians from Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, and beyond.
The Delta Symphony Orchestra came to Pleth seeking an updated logo. They wanted their new logo to be contemporary, not abstract, and to symbolize music. With so many other businesses in the area named 'Delta', their top priority was to make sure their identity was kept in tact and that their brand would stand out.
We created this logo to focus on a large logo mark that combines common music elements, the treble and bass clef, to create the first two letters of Delta Symphony. Below it we chose a serif typeface to keep a classic look paired with a simple sans serif.
