business customers we find this term can initially create confusion. "What is

Upgrades
At Pleth, we monitor the latest software releases and will upgrade your site for you if you choose. This allows you the peace of mind with knowing your site software has all of the most up to date features and security measures available. None of the headaches associated with managing your own site software.
Support and Consultations.
Our staff is available for site support and technical consultations. For instance, let's say that you have a MODx or a Wordpress site and would like to take advantage of the social media based opportunities that are out there (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...). We can not only advise you on your range of options, but would also be available to assist you in implementing your plans and/or installing technical components should you need us.
Off-site, Restorable Backup Points
All of our servers are backed up every 6 hours from our datacenter in Dallas to our datacenter in Houston. Should you need us, just call or email us and we can restore your latest file and/or database from our backup servers.
